Another long silence.....
It has been quite a while since i updated my blog...I didn't have the time to actually sit down and write in my blog...hehe..but now i found some time. As you all know, my birthday has come and gone. I am now 18 years old! (..yay..?!!) It was a great birthday and a one to remember! It is comforting and encouraging to know that i have friends around me who care...that's a great birthday! Thanks all of you.!! :P
My holidays have started! (...yay...?!) but got homework and assignments to do....sigh...hehe.
Day by day, i see the hand of God in my life. He is indeed a God who answers prayers!..but in His own time and in His own way. I sometimes get answers quite soon...sometimes i don't get an answer after quite a long while. But when the answer does come, it will be just at the right time and the right situation i am in. But it takes patience to wait on God for an answer. In the meantime, i have to continue to seek His face and spend time with Him daily. Sometimes, circumstances arise to challenge my faith. It may not neccesarily be physical but mental and emotional. It is on those times i remember the verse in the book of James. James 1:2-4 "Consider it pure joy, my brothers when you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything." So, its the testing of my faith that develops perseverance and perseverance will lead to maturity. Its all in the process of growing up, not only physicaly but sprititually as well. Praise God!! May God be glorified in everything!!
Amen.
